      Principal properties

      Waterborne hardeners:

      • Zero-VOC achievable
      • Low viscosity and color
      • Low odour and non-flammable
      • Easy to clean-up and apply
      • Good adhesion, especially to

      damp or ‘green’concrete

      • Good abrasion resistance

      Latent hardener:

      • Easy to mix with epoxy resins and provides long storage period
      • Fast cure at low temperature in a short time
      • Good resistance to chemicals and elevated temperature
      • Excellent electrical insulation and good mechanical properties
      • Low skin irritation
      Principal applications

      Waterborne hardeners:

      • Concrete coatings e.g., food processing plants, show  rooms, laboratories, hospitals, nuclear power stations,

      breweries etc

      • Self-leveling, mortar flooring, and tile grouts
      • Steel coatings with liquid resin and semi-olid/solidresin

      emulsions e.g., anti-corrosive primers and topcoats

      • Adhesives
