      Modified Aliphatic Amines (Adducts)

Aliphatic amines are generally modified to make them more useful as epoxy hardeners. Modifications include adduction, condensation and neutralization reactions etc. to get very diverse curing properties, and provide a wide range of performance characteristics in the end-applications.

      Modified Cycloaliphatic Amines (Adducts)

Single or poly cycloaliphatic amines are modified in various ways to allow complete cure at ambient temperature. Modifications include adduction, condensation and neutralization reactions etc. to get very diverse curing properties, and provide a wide range of performance characteristics in the end-applications.

      Modified Aromatic/Aliphatic Amines (Adducts)

Matched modifications of single or poly aromatic amines and aliphatic amines that may liquefy aromatic amines to provide complete cure at ambient temperature. Modifications include adduction, condensation and neutralization reactions etc. lead to more useful fields without applications of aromatic amines.

      Polyamides (Adducts/Ketimines)/Amidoamines

Polyamides are reaction products of aliphatic amines with dimer acids and fatty acids by condensation, and contain amide, amine and imidazoline groups. Polyamides are further adducted with liquid or solid epoxy resin to produce polyamide adducts which may improve viscosity and performance, and are usually available in various solvent or diluent blends. Ketimine polyamides are reaction products of polyamides with ketones by condensation that amino groups are masked to a certain extent, and may extend pot-life or cure at damp conditions. Amidoamines are reaction products of aliphatic amines with fatty acids, comparable properties of polyamides, and have lower viscosity to be applied for low VOC epoxy systems.

      Waterborne Hardeners/Latent Hardener

Waterborne hardeners include modified polyamides, amines and polyamine adducts capable of emulsifying and curing liquid epoxy resins at ambient temperature, which also are used with semi-solid or solid epoxy emulsions. Used in aqueous and low VOC epoxy systems. Latent hardener is a micronized power, modified amine adduct with an average particle size 10μm. Used as a sole latent hardener or as an accelerator for DICY/anhydrides/phenolic hardeners in one-pack, heat-cured epoxy systems.

      Epoxy Modifiers (Accelerator/Thickener/Diluent)

Modified alkylphenol alternative to nonylphenol, and is used as an accelerator, thickener or diluent for epoxy systems.
